Climate change is a global environmental problem that is closely tied to the energy-intensive nature of our modern economies which are based on the use of fossil fuels, such as coal, petroleum and natural gas. The (growing) emission of carbon dioxide is seen as one of the key causes of global warming and the related climatic change and threatens human life as we know it. To guarantee future prosperity, it is important to curb emissions and realize economic growth that reduces emissions or is CO2 neutral.

As sustainability is one of our key values, DBV is actively involved in many projects that are designed to curb emissions and reduce the causes of climate change. We are proud to do our bit for the future of the planet and the people living on it!
